The Bradford House Historical Association’s educators will be conducting a workshop on Tuesday, August 1, 2023 at the Meeting House, located at 182 S. Main Street, Washington, PA. The workshop is designed for students who have completed grades 6, 7, 8 or 9. The class is limited to 16 students. The workshop fee is $40.

Thomas Jefferson High School’s musical theater production of “Anything Goes: 2022 Revision” has earned 11 nominations for the prestigious Pittsburgh CLO Gene Kelly Awards, including for Best Musical for the second consecutive year.

Read more...Two West Jefferson Hills School District teams garnered first place at the recent Pennsylvania Future Problem Solving State Bowl in Camp Hill, Pa. This year’s challenge was to solve problems under the theme, “Throw Away Society.” The district had eight teams qualify for the competition in the three divisions. In the Junior division (grades 4-6), Pleasant Hills Middle School took home first, second, and third place. The first-place team was Ava Flood, Lauren Griesheimer, Claire Hogan and Maddy Oates.
