Registration is open to teams and/or players wanting to play in the Men’s Church Softball League of the South Hills. Games are played as Doubleheaders on Saturdays and sometimes makeup Fridays based on schedule and requests. Normal season generally runs from May through July and into August. Welcome in Spring with the 3rd annual Party in the Park, now bigger and better than ever! Held on Saturday, May 25 from 4:00PM – 8:00PM at South Park Theatre. This event will feature vintage automobiles from the Bethel Park Historical Society, a presentation from the Penn State Master Gardeners, live music, a performance from our very own Children's Theater, scavenger hunts, face-painting, and balloon animals for the kids, tons of great raffle prizes, and a brand new, side-splitting MisCast Cabaret! Plenty of food, beer and wine, over 40 raffle baskets, and more! So much to do while supporting so many great local organizations! Tickets are $40, and kids 12 and under are free! The Clairton Public Library will be holding a ‘Pick and Paint’ event on May 13, at the library, located at 616 Miller Avenue in Clairton. Cost for the event is $35. The California United Methodist Church is hosting their free monthly "Wonderful Wednesday" Dinner on April 3, at 6:00PM, at 227 Third Street, California, PA. Craft and Vendor Auction May 5 at South Hills Elks
