Business & Merchant

Broad Avenue Treasures was the first antique co-op to open on Broad Ave. in Belle Vernon.

 BroadAve
Owner Stefanie McCulloch with GRC Director Gina C. Lynn and Board Member Cathy Yurkovich.

Proprietress Stefanie McCulloch was in a co-op for 13 years in Monongahela before opening the shop in 2012. "I always wanted to have a shop in my hometown. I love the town setting and enjoy seeing North Belle Vernon grow and the businesses working together to make things happen," she said.

This quaint shop has a wonderful selection of treasures to choose from. In five large rooms you can find antique furniture, glassware, linens, primitives, sports memorabilia, bottles, and vintage clothing and jewelry displayed in vignettes around the spacious one story turn of the century building. If you need delivery, John has the truck and muscles for you.

In addition to all of the antiques and collectibles, Broad Avenue Treasures stays trendy by selling amazing repurposed furniture and small decorative items, hand-painted and reborn into something fresh and new for the home. Each knowledgeable dealer has his or her own style and expertise and would be glad to help you with any questions you have while visiting. If Susan and Martha are working, you might even get a history lesson or ghost story.

Although antiques and collectibles are the main draw, you will see one-of-a-kind silk floral arrangements by Scott displayed in his room and throughout the shop. For your convenience, delivery of floral arrangements can be made to local funeral homes and businesses.

If you are looking for items made in the USA, pick up soy candles or tarts made right in Irwin by Sugar Creek Candles. Handmade soaps by Ashley's All Soaped Up are available and come in a variety of scents. For your furry friends, you can even find homemade doggie treats by Jody. Handmade cards for all occasions, dips mixes, and jellies are available as well.

Business hours are Tuesday - Friday 10 - 4; Saturday 10 - 3; and the first Sunday of the month 11 – 3. The shop is closed on Mondays. Call for an appointment to sell items or entire estates.
