Monongahela Area Chamber of Commerce (MACC) is pleased to name Lignelli Real Estate Insurance as its July Business of the Month.

Founded by Merico S. Lignelli after serving with the army in the Korean War, Lignelli Real Estate and Insurance has been located in Monongahela for 60 years. We have built and maintained our business on honesty and reliability.

Continued service by the second generation, Merico (Ric) Lignelli is a certified general appraiser in the state of Pennsylvania, which means he can appraise any type of property - residential, commercial, industrial, and income-producing. He appraises for all types of situations and needs, including mortgage lending, real estate tax appeals, estate planning, divorce settlement, prior to making an offer to buy or sell real estate, condemnation eminent domain purposes, and many other reasons that need appraisal.

Lignelli Real Estate and Insurance works with many leaders, attorneys, businesses, and corporations and offers competitive rates and a quick turnaround time in the following counties: Washington, Allegheny, Westmoreland and Fayette. Mr. Lignelli has testified as an expert in all of these counties.

In the insurance industry we are a personal lines agency; although we represent many companies, we were one of the original agencies of Motorist Mutual Insurance in the state of Pennsylvania.
