Mon Valley Regional Chamber of Commerce (MVRCC) is pleased to name Riverside Insurance Group as its October Member Spotlight business. Riverside has been a MVRCC member since 2003.

Jim Blair has been an insurance broker in the Pittsburgh area for approximately 15 years. He is licensed with all the major carriers and specializes in health insurance and related products. When buying health insurance, Jim says, “You need to deal with very knowledgeable people; the products are very confusing and you can buy big problems for yourself if there are claims.”

With many people turning 65 and the Baby Boomers begin to retire, all of these people will need a supplement or Medicare plan in addition to regular Medicare. Jim can sort out the confusion.

Past president of the Belle Vernon Rotary Club and the Monessen Rotary Club, Jim prides himself in the high ethical standards of Rotary. “I always try to do the very best for the customer. If a plan is not right for them I am going to tell them, ‘When you retire, you need to spend your money wisely.’ I can help people with that with their health care,” Jim says.
