On Thursday, February25th, the Greater Rostraver Chamber of Commerce (GRC) and community partners will welcome Eric McElvenny, Marine Corps captain, endurance athlete, and speaker, to evening event.
Eric McElvenny lost his leg in Afghanistan as a Marine Corps captain and now speaks all around the country while competing in Ironman triathlon races. He talks about how positive thinking and determination helped him overcome such adversity. Eric personally tailors each presentation and topics of discussion include leadership, Military life, faith, team building skills, positive thinking and overcoming adversity. Eric’s experiences relate to and motivate people to get back on track and reach their finish lines.
