American Girl Book Club - Saturday November 7 @ 11 a.m.  -  11:45 a.m.

The American Girl Doll Book Club will meet and discuss a different doll and her book each month. Books are available at the circulation desk. Each month we will have a craft, play a game and have a book themed snack. This program is recommended ages 7 to 10. Registration is required.

Parent Child Workshop - Starts Tuesday November 10 @ 10 a.m.

Each 5-week session brings together toddlers (ages 1-3) and their parents/caregivers in an informal setting with professionals from local agencies. You will play and interact with your child as you learn strategies to support your role as your child’s first teacher. You can also ask questions and get answers from the professionals. Registration is required.

What in the World?: A Chat About Climate Change - Tuesday November 10 @ 7 p.m.

Join the library for a visual presentation about a topic that affects everyone who calls this planet home: climate change.  Rod Elder will present an overview of the causes of and necessary reactions to global climate change and the science behind these conditions.  A number of actions which individuals can take to make a positive impact will also be shared.

Refreshments will be provided.  Registration is required.

Conversation Salon - Wednesday November 11 @ 1 p.m.
