Sixteen month old Lilly Ashcraft of New Eagle was a beauty winner in the 0-23 month age division in the ‘National Heavenly Angels Pageant’ held in Hershey, Pennsylvania, in July.

In addition to a 10 inch crown and banner, Lilly received cash and several toys. Each contestant received free entrance to Hershey Chocolate World and Amusement Park. Lilly is the daughter of Candace Schnore of New Eagle and Josh Ashcraft of Belle Vernon.
