The Washington County Community Foundation (WCCF) is pleased to announce the election of officers and two trustees at its recent annual meeting.

Elected as chairman of the board was Deborah Takach, vice president of business banking for First Commonwealth Bank.
Elected as vice chairman was Edward C. Morascyzk, senior partner in the law firm of Morascyzk Stopperich & Associates.
Elected as secretary was Dr. Jarol G. DeVoge, a retired director of instructional support services at the Intermediate Unit I.
And elected as treasurer was Sandra K. Guthrie, certified public accountant and certified fraud examiner for Guthrie, Belczyk & Associates.
Returning as a trustee after a two-year hiatus is Thomas P. Northrop, president and publisher of the Observer Publishing Company.
Newly elected as a trustee was Geraldine M. Jones, the interim president of California University of Pennsylvania.
