Corinne Laboon, vice president of Marketing and Community Relations at Monongahela Valley Hospital, and Phillip Sparacella, executive director of the United Way of Mon Valley, were recognized as the Monessen/Rostraver Rotarians of the Year.

The two were selected by the club’s membership for demonstrating “Service Above Self” in their daily activities and for promoting Rotary in their actions and involvements.
“We are very fortunate to have Corinne and Phil as members of our club,” said club president Gerald Stasicha. “They enthusiastically participate in Rotary activities and projects, and are always willing to go above and beyond for our club and the communities we serve.”
