Put on your best Sunday hat and relax with friends at a tea party benefiting the Sisters of St. Francis of the Providence of God.

The Auxiliary of the Sisters of St. Francis is hosting A Tea with Friends on Sunday, August 28 at 2 p.m. at Nativity Parish, located at 5811 Curry Hollow Road in South Park. Admission is $20 per person and includes assorted teas, sandwiches and sweets. Guests will also have the opportunity to win prizes. Space is limited, and reservations must be received by August 16. Proceeds from the event benefit the ministries and outreach of the Sisters of St. Francis of the Providence of God, as well as the care of senior Sisters. Founded in 1922, the Sisters of St. Francis of the Providence of God is an international congregation of Catholic women religious comprised of Sisters in the USA and Brazil. The Sisters ministries and outreach efforts include prayer, education, advocacy, health care, social work, spiritual direction, parish services, and other services shaped by the needs of others.
