The Rostraver Public Library will host an evening of entertainment starring Cahal Dunne on Saturday, October 8, 2016 at the Rostraver Central Fire Hall. Planned as the library’s fall fundraiser, the program features Ireland’s “Happy Man,” so-called for the song he performed in the international Eurovision contest representing his native land.
