West Newton Halloween Parade Scheduled for October 29th

The West Newton Halloween Parade will take place on Saturday, October 29, 2016 in the First Ward. Mummers are to meet at the West Newton Elementary School and the WN Police will lead the parade promptly at 1 p.m.

The parade route will proceed down Vine Street to the Park, where the members of the West Newton Lions Club will pass out treats. Trick-or-treating will begin after the parade and will last until 5 p.m.

Residents: please exercise caution during this time when driving their vehicles. Please turn on your porch light or open your door so the children and parents know you welcome these guests.
