VFW Post 1940 Broughton/Curry is in the process of refurbishing the honor roll located at the corner of Cochran Mill Road and Hough Drive. We are planning to remove several trees, change around the walkway and do some much-needed maintenance of the structure.
We have gotten donations for about half the money needed to do the work. Our plans are to do the work in August with a celebration in September. We are still accepting donations for this project.
