The August meeting of the Peters Creek Historical Society will take place Monday evening, August 28 at 7 p.m. in the social room, Wrights United Methodist church, 788 Venetia Road, Venetia.
Members and guests are asked to bring an item of interest to show and talk about. The items can be in the form of an antique, an old photograph, a family heirloom, an interesting letter, or any item that speaks of history. Refreshments will be served and the public is welcome.
