Monongahela Valley Hospital’s (MVH) annual black-tie fundraiser held Saturday, May 18, was themed “A Roaring Good Time” after the bootlegging-1920’s era.

MVH’s Gala 31, sponsored by The Monongahela Valley Hospital Foundation, was held in the Grand Ballroom of the Wyndham Grand in downtown Pittsburgh. Nearly 600 guests, adorned in their best “roaring 20s” attire, helped to raise over $130,000. Top sponsors of the evening were, Doctors First, KeyBanc Capital Markets, Giant Eagle and OSPTA.

The event celebrated five exemplary individuals for their commitment to excellence with Dimensions in Performance Awards. These awards honor the multi-dimensional talents of special friends, benefactors and members of the health care family who have distinguished themselves in the areas of philanthropy, medicine, volunteerism and civic well-being.

Gala 31 came to a close with music and dancing from one of Pittsburgh's finest variety bands, Finesse, a mock casino and photo booths.
