Windover Hills School, located in the Windover Hills United Methodist Church at the corner of Ridge and Wilson Roads in South Park, is now accepting registrations for preschool and nursery school.

Preschool

Preschool meets Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for children who turn 4 by August 31. This class meets from 9:15 AM – 12:00 noon or from 12:30 PM - 3:00 PM, and emphasizes developing fine and gross motor skills, alphabet recognition, phonics, printing and other preparatory skills for kindergarten. There is also creative play, art, science, music and field trips. There is an additional program with extended hours from 12:00 noon until 2:00 pm. The children will stay for lunch, additional social development and hand-on activities.

Nursery School

The Nursery School program is for children who turn 3 by August 31. Nursery School meets on Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00 AM - 11:15 AM or from 12:30 PM - 2:45 PM. This class introduces colors, shapes, the alphabet and more through music, play and crafts.

“Me and My Shadow"

"Me and My Shadow" is offered for two-year olds and the child's caregiver.  It is held on Tuesday from 9:30 AM - 11:00 AM and also a second class is open Thursday 9:30 AM - 11:00 AM. The focus is on socialization, comfort in a school situation, creative play, gross motor development, music and more!
