Downtown West Newton inc. will be hosting their 18th annual ‘Miracle on Main Street’ light up night festival on Saturday, November 30 from 3:00 pm to 8:30 pm.

This year’s event pays homage to the movie ‘A Christmas Story’. The annual holiday parade will start at 5:15 pm making its way down main street.

This year’s event includes a variety of activities including: Christmas organ recital and singers, a bell choir, performances from stage right, community Christmas tree lighting with Santa Claus, food vendors lining the streets, over 30 crafters and vendors for your holiday needs, music all evening long, 50/50 raffle, lottery tree and over 60 gifts and baskets to take a chance on.

Bloom Brew will be on hand sampling a selection of beers and there will be a live window display of wedding gowns at Maria’s Alternations on Main Street. Maria’s will be displaying gowns from Zelenski’s Bridal and Prom Shoppe, jewelry by T.B. Property Management, open house and of course wedding cake samples as long as they last.
