Horses with Hope, Inc. is a 501c3 non-profit, accredited Discovery, Growth & Learning Center offering programs for children, youth, and adults in the southwestern Pennsylvania region for nearly 14 years. Their mission is to enhance the lives of those with emotional, physical, and cognitive needs through the benefits of therapeutic horseback riding and research-based equine-assisted learning activities.

Originally in Washington, PA, Horses with Hope remained in Bethel Park in recent years before moving to the historic Gilfillan Farm in Upper St. Clair in June. The organization strives to increase outreach to individuals, local schools, group homes, hospitals, and organizations serving mental health populations.
