Cardio Kickboxing

No equipment or gloves are used in this contactless workout, as we simply use the basic jabs, hooks, crosses, uppercuts, and kicks to build stamina, improve coordination, build muscle, and burn calories. 

Mondays, March 14 – May 2 from 5:30 – 6:30 p.m.

 

Pole Walking

One of the easiest forms of exercise most of us can do, from the casual average walker to the serious athletic walker. Using poles while walking increases calorie burn and cardio health, while lessening the impact on joints.  Mondays, March 28, April 4  and April 11 from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m.

 

Tai Chi

Energize your muscles, refresh your spirit, increase your blood flow, stimulate your mind, and regain youthful balance and agility through the gentle flowing motion of Tai Chi.

Strong Bodies/Strong Bones – Maintain and Build Bone Strength

Exercise Physiologist, Anne Brucker, presents a gentle, joint friendly osteo dynamic program that strengthens the spine, rebuilds bone, teaches balance, and reduces fractures.

Zumba

Zumba combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations. Zumba is fun and easy to do. Two left feet? No problem! Just move to the music.

March and April, Tuesdays/Thursdays: 9:00 – 10:00 a.m. and Saturdays9:45 - 10:45 a.m.

 

Arthritis Exercise Program (55+ Friendly)

The Arthritis Exercise Program is a fun-filled, low-impact course that helps most people with arthritis increase their joint flexibility and find relief from arthritis pain. The Arthritis Exercise Program features gentle, joint-safe movements and can be adapted for various fitness levels. This low-impact, fun class can be taken either sitting or standing.

Absolute Abs

Walk taller, feel stronger!  At last! An abdominal training class without sit ups or crunches! Elite personal trainer, Anne Brucker, shares 40 years of tummy toning secrets.  The class is designed to build strength, stability and endurance in the muscles that support your core, improve balance, assist injury prevention, and become better at everything you do. The result is a rock-solid core, ready to carry you throughout your day! Classes requires a yoga mat and light hand weights (all provided).
