WQED brings the director’s cut, with newly added footage, of A Season to Remember to Ringgold Middle School on Wednesday, May 25.  Doors open at 6:00PM, with the screening at 7:00PM. Immediately following the documentary screening, WQED producer Beth Dolinar, Ringgold class of 1977, will moderate a panel discussion which includes local historian Scott Frederick.  Surviving ballplayers, featured in the film will be invited to participate.  Serving as master of ceremonies for the event is WQED Vice President of Production David Solomon, also a Ringgold graduate, class of 1972.

Through rare archival film, photographs, and interviews with surviving players, this documentary not only captures the glory of their accomplishment, but also a heartbreaking
