The mission of the Greater Washington County Food Bank is to provide food and nutritional education to those residents of Washington County who are food insecure. For over 30 years, the Greater Washington County Food Bank, a non-profit organization, has been providing groceries and nutritional information to food insecure residents of Washington County.

The Food Bank distributes to as many as 5,200 families each month through our network of 38 pantries and 5 agencies located throughout the county. Currently 30% of our recipients are children under the age of 18, and over 20% are seniors. The Food Bank relies primarily on community support to meet these objectives in a caring and compassionate way.
