A Purse Bash, benefiting St. Joan of Arc Appalachia Workcamp and Youth Group, will be held October 11 from 12 - 4 p.m. at Castle Shannon Fire Hall.
Cost is $25 and includes lunch with dessert, free wine, beer, pop and water. Also, free door prizes are included. Doors open at 11 a.m. with the first drawing at 11:45, which is a 46" RCA flat screen TV.
From 12 until 4 p.m., a genuine designer purse will be raffled every 15 minutes. The final raffle at 4 p.m. is a Michael Kors purse with $500 cash inside.
All purses were purchased at local retailers and have a gift voucher inside. We will also have a 50/50, a Chinese auction and a special raffle. You must be present to win the first and last drawing - if you want to purchase a ticket and cannot be there at 11:45 or 4 p.m., give you ticket to a friend so she can claim your prize.
