The Pleasant Hills Community Presbyterian Church, 199 Old Clairton Road, will host its annual Illumination Night on December 13 from 5 – 8 p.m.
The event features a horse-drawn carriage ride, magician, ice sculptor, trolley ride, Shriner clowns with balloon animals, hot apple cider, s'mores over camp fires and much more.
This year's performers include the Civic Light Opera (CLO) Mini Stars, Thomas Jefferson High School chorus, Brentwood High School jazz band and the Shade Sisters Studio dancers. Children can participate with making organized crafts or decorating Christmas cookies.
Parking is available at the Pleasant Hills Middle School at 404 Old Clairton Road and at the borough building at 401 E. Bruceton Road where a free shuttle will transport guests to the church beginning at 4:30 p.m.
