District 7330 of Rotary International held its annual foundation dinner at the Willow Room in Rostraver Township on Friday, November 7. Many awards were given to clubs as well as to individual members.

Rotary1
Club President Steve Arnowitz has been named a Paul Harris Fellow.

The Rotary Club of Charleroi received an award for being a "100% Sustaining Membership" chapter of the international organization. This means that every member of the club contributed at least $100 to Rotary International over the past year. Along with the club award, President Steve Arnowitz was honored by becoming a Paul Harris Fellow. This award is achieved by any Rotarian who has donated at least $1,000 to Rotary International.

The "Student of the Month" program is continuing this year. One student is honored at the Rotary meeting on the third Wednesday of each month from October-April. The October Student of the Month is Laine Mosco.

The Charleroi Rotary Club meets every Wednesday at the Back Porch restaurant in Lower Speers. Meetings begin at noon and are held in the Side Door meeting rooms. New members are always welcome.

For more information, contact Steve Arnowitz at 412-389-2096 or John Helfenstein at 724-494-3195.
