West Newton Library will hold a Mega Book Sale on September 12 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and September 13 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Plummer Historic House, South Water St. during the West Newton Community Festival weekend.
Thousands of books will be for sale, including adult hardcover, paperback children’s section, non-fiction section, oldies but goodies, cookbooks, and biographies. Fill a shopping bag for $5, or buy individually – paperbacks are 25 cents, and hardcovers are $1. These are all newly donated books - last year’s leftover books were all sold to a dealer after the sale.
