Buena Vista Hosts 11th Annual Car Show

On Sunday, September 13, Mark and Stephanie Russell of Russell Automotive in Buena Vista, along with the Buena Vista Fire Hall, hosted their 11th annual car show. The Russells have only hosted this event for 3 years but have donated in a number of ways to the event.

There were 170 registered cars this year, and 50 trophies were given out. There were 10 motorcycle trophies awarded, and the overall winner was a black 1957 Nomad Wagon, which won ‘Best in Show.’
The money collected for the registration benefits the fire hall. The registration fee was by donation and in any amount one could give to enter the show.
