An Evening of Jazz: Spirit of Collaborative Community took place at the Hall Down Under on Wharf Street in Dunlevy.

Local band Hot Headed Mike and The Half-Baked Jazz Band provided back up for vocalists Marka of Tokyo, Japan and Yan Carlos Sanchez of Allentown, PA, originally from the Dominican Republic.
Both vocalists also performed solo. Jan Carlos is a unique singer who uses his voice to mimic the sounds of a number of musical instruments and nature. Marka performed Autumn De Javu in both the English and Japanese languages.
The evening provided local musicians an opportunity to perform with unusual talents while showcasing themselves as an upcoming popular band.
