The state fire commissioner, Timothy Solobay, spoke at two local fire departments’ banquets on Saturday evening, January 16, 2016.

Earlier in the evening the commissioner spoke at the North Belle Vernon Volunteer Fire Department's 119th anniversary dinner, and then later in the evening, he spoke at the Stockdale Volunteer Fire Department's 90th year celebration and award banquet.
