On Friday evening, February 5, 2016, at the Fayette County Firemen's Association regular monthly meeting, the 2016 officers were named.

The meeting was held at the New Salem Volunteer Fire Department. Regular business matters were conducted during the meeting and presentation was given by the Private Industry Council, followed by a wonderful meal provided by the New Salem VFD.
