Peters Township Park and Recreation Department is offering the following events at the Community Center. All classes can be viewed at www. peterstownship.com on the Parks and Recreation web page. The Rec Center is located at 700 Meredith Drive, Venetia.
Antique Appraisal: What’s It Worth?
Bring your antiques to the Peters Township Community Recreation Center to find out what they are worth. Each item you bring will be verbally appraised by a qualified appraiser. The event will take place on Saturday, April 9th from 10 a.m. – noon, and the fee is $5 per item with a limit of 3 items per person. Pre-registration is required, and can be done at the Recreation Center or online: www.peterstownship.com.
Mother/Son Fun Night: Superheroes!
(AGES UP TO 12 YEARS)
Minimum 5 – Maximum 20 couples
Calling all Superheroes and Super Moms (or aunts, grandmothers, caregivers, etc.)! You are cordially invited to attend a fun-filled evening of food, games, fun projects and more at the Peters Township Community Recreation Center! Together each duo will transform and complete a number of action-packed games in order to stop the bad guys. Compete to become the most powerful superhero duo of the night! Pizza and refreshments will be provided. Pre-registration is required, and can be done at the Recreation Center or online: www.peterstownship.com.

Create-A-Kite Preschool Program
(Ages 3-6)
Minimum 8 - Maximum 20
Create a kite with your little tyke at the Peters Township Community Recreation Center! Each child will make their own kite, and then head outside to let them soar! Please dress appropriately for the outdoors, as we plan to go outside as long as the weather cooperates. Children must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the class.
