VFW Post 1940 Celebrates Retirement of James Wabby from Law Enforcement; Announces New Officers for 2016-2017.
VFW Post 1940 Broughton/Curry Vets had the pleasure of celebrating the retirement of James Wabby from law enforcement after 49 years. The post had a party for Jim with the attendance of friends, family, police officers, South Park Township Supervisors, the Township manager, and post members. Everyone in attendance had an enjoyable time. The post was also recognized by VFW National for achieving a 102% in regular membership. The post is always open to new members. The post also wants to announce its 2016-2017 officers. The Post 1940 has many activities going on for June.
