Barbara Brizes from Brizes Kennel has agreed to pay up to $1,200 towards the cost of the K-9 ballistic vest and also to provide services for the dog when the officer goes on vacatio. The K-9 unit also received $1,200 from local businesses, $200 from GoFundMe account, $100 from Eric Ash and $100 from Norm Candelore.

The road department states that waterline work is being done on Oak Hill and Rothey Streets and states that there are some issues with the basins that needs addressed.
All other departments had nothing to report.

The motion to approve bill warrant in the amount of $182,671.41, which includes $2,486.51 for sanitary department payroll that will be reimbursed from sanitary funds and excludes payment to A&D cleaning was passed.

The motion to approve the sanitary fund warrant in the amount of $29,779.26 was passed.

The motion to approve the bond requisition 036 in the total amount of $458,318.80, contingent upon professional review of the bills and release of files to the Township, was passed.

The motion to approve to reject all bids of the 2016 Elizabeth Township Authority CCTV inspection and cleaning program contract was passed.

The motion to approve to terminate McGrail and Associates , LLC as the township delinquent tax collector and authorize the execution of an act 20 resolution appointing Keystone Collections Group as the Township Delinquent Tax Collector effective immediately and they will be at will without a contract was passed
