For the fifth year, St. David’s Episcopal Church at 905 East McMurray Road in Venetia invites the community to attend an end-of-summer picnic.

This year’s event is scheduled for Sunday, September 11 from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. Come to enjoy a summer meal of hot dogs, hamburgers, veggie burgers, salads, grilled vegetables, snacks and of course, desserts (gluten-free and vegetarian options will be provided).

And there won’t be just the delicious foods we associate with summer – there will be bounce houses for the kids, as well as games for both kids and adults hosted by City of Play.

Please plan to join your neighbors for a final summer party in front of St. David’s. Sunday worship is at 10 a.m. and Bishop McConnell will be visiting and preaching.
