Thursday, October 2 will mark the launching of the 2014-2015 season of the new 'Family Experience' (FX) at Crossroads Ministries. This weekly program is designed to create a shared experience for the entire family, where both critical influences of the home and church are united.
Children ages 3-5 will continue to participate in the AWANA program; a nursery will also be available for infants and toddlers. This will provide the opportunity for parents and older children (grades K-5) to participate in an action-packed evening of worship, Bible lessons, games and small groups from 6:30-8 p.m.
FX will focus on a weekly 'Bottom Line Life App' that will connect and reinforce the monthly theme that is being taught each Sunday. The yearly schedule will also provide many opportunities for families to participate in special events such as 'Tin Can Talley', 'Popcorn & Movie Night', 'Grand Prix Derby Races', and 'Trunk-n-Treat' just to name a few.
