Baldwin EMS Unit conducts 9-11 ceremony at Pleasant Hills Middle School

Local emergency personnel were treated to a special breakfast before the program to thank them for all that they do. An honor-guard ceremony was conducted by the Baldwin EMS Department with all the students and attendees gathered around the flag pole. The goal of the event was for students to not only remember the events of September 11th, but also the courage Americans displayed during those tragic events and the days and years that followed.

The middle school students will also travel to Shanksville, PA to visit the Flight 93 Memorial.
