 The LifeSpan Century III Mall Community Senior Center is holding the following special activities in March:


  • March 2 - 10 a.m. – Begins 10 weeks of aerobic exercise with Christi Frederick.
  • March 6 – 11 a.m. – Beginning quilting class. Make a 9-patch pillow cover.
  • March 23 – 1 p.m. – CLO Cabaret “Pump Boys and Dinettes”

Regular monthly activities include: Bingo on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays; Shanghai on the 2nd Tuesday and Bunco on the 4th Tuesday. Strength training continues on Mondays at 9:15 a.m. and yoga on Wednesdays at 9:30 a.m.

The Center is located next to Dick’s Sporting Goods and is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. – 1 p.m.  For further information, call 412-216-3169 or stop in for a cup of coffee.

Free 6-Week Workshop Offered by LifeSpan Services

 LifeSpan Services, Bethel Park Community Center will begin a FREE six-week Better Choices, Better Health workshops beginning March 14 through April 18, six consecutive Tuesdays from 12 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. If you are an adult with ongoing health issues, these workshops are for you. Put life back in your life. The center is located at 5151 Park Avenue, Bethel Park. This program is offered in partnership with the Community College of Allegheny County. Fundraising Night at Panera Bread Planned to Benefit LifeSpan Services

 Fundraising Night at Panera Bread, 5243 Library Road, Bethel Park, will be held on Monday, March 27 from 4 – 8 p.m. Bring in your flyer, which you can pick up at the Bethel Park Center, and dine with us, and a portion of the proceeds from your purchase will be donated to LifeSpan Services at Bethel Park Community Center.
