Chilly weather greeted the 18-Hole Women’s Golf Association for the annual Petticoat Open, held recently at the Youghiogheny Country Club.

Scoring one point for net par, 2 points for net birdie, 3 points for net eagle, and 4 points for net double eagle, the winner was Vickie McDevitt with 15 points. Runner–up was Hee Soo Kim with 13 points.
