In an effort to strengthen the ties between Pennsylvania's Bureau of Career and Technical Education and the educational community, Steel Center for Career and Technical Education hosted a groundbreaking open forum in Jefferson Hills, Pennsylvania today. The event aimed to facilitate direct engagement between Mr. Judd R. Pittman, Pennsylvania's new State Director for Career and Technical Education, students, and faculty from across the Greater Pittsburgh region.

The Harmony Singers of Pittsburgh will present a holiday concert, “Countdown to Christmas,” under the direction of Cynthia G. Pratt on Friday, December 8, at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday, December 10, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. at Brightwood Christian Church, 5044 West Library Avenue, Bethel Park, 15102.

The Ethnic Craft Club of St. John the Baptist Byzantine Catholic Church, 201 E. Main St., Uniontown, PA, will be having its annual Christmas Craft and Bake Sale on Saturday, December 2 from 12:00 Noon to 4:00 PM, and Sunday, December 3 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

The Ringgold High School Girls Softball team will be holding a Pancake and Sausage breakfast fundraiser on Saturday, December, 2 from 8:00AM – 10:30AM at Library Baptist Church in Finleyville.
