A ribbon cutting was held on Tuesday, May 10 to mark the grand opening of Sweet & Spicy Culinary, owned and operated by Chef Christine Somales.

Greater Rostraver Chamber of Commerce Holds Ribbon Cutting at Sweet & Spicy Culinary

Chef Christine instructs cooking classes at Sweet & Spicy Culinary, which is located inside Off the Wall Arts at 532 McKean Avenue, Charleroi. The classes are held weekly and offer a variety of themes and selections from appetizers, salads, homemade mozzarella, and ethic favorites like ravioli, pierogis and Greek specialties.

The ceremony also marked the addition of Chef Michael Rygiel of Chef G Restaurant and Catering to the instructor lineup for classes at Sweet & Spicy Culinary. A complete list of upcoming cooking classes can be found of the Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/sweetspiceyculinary.
