Bethel Park LifeSpan Offers Tai Chi

Embrace the joyful art of Tai Chi! Open your heart to the ancient secrets of strength, balance and mental acuity. Like a softly flowing mountain stream, students grow in confidence and power as they study the art.

Gentle instructor and thirteen-year martial artist Anne Brucker, M.Ed. guides you on your journey. The classes are hosted by LifeSpan, Thursday at 11:15 a.m. in the Bethel Park Center, 5151 Park Ave.
