The Mon Valley YMCA proudly invites you to the John Barbero Memorial Auction, sponsored by the Pittsburgh Penguins and Highway Appliance.
The event will be held Sunday, November 5, 2017 from 12:30 – 3 p.m. in the YMCA gymnasium, 101 Taylor Run Rd., Monongahela. There will be many pieces of great sports and celebrity memorabilia, home goods and services, sporting event tickets, and more up for auction.
There will be $2,000 in cash prizes! A live auction will include four Pittsburgh Penguins Captain Morgan Club tickets plus overnight accommodations, 4 Pittsburgh Pirates Lexus Club tickets, a 60” big screen television and more! Cash giveaways are drawn on the half-hour beginning at 1 p.m.
For the kids, there will be face-painting, balloons, and visits from mascots including the Pirate Parrot and Iceburgh.
All proceeds from this event will benefit our youth and teen programs and will fund the John Barbero Scholarship fund. Each year, the Y serves children of all ages from all over the Mon Valley region through programs such as child care, teen leaders, youth swimming lessons, summer camp and an academic support group. The Y is dedicated to offering quality programs to the youth of our community.
