Palmer Park in Donora was the location for a fantastic celebration of the fall season, on September 29, as residents and business owners came out to participate in the Festival in the Park.

The event was hosted by local business, Junk and Disorderly and sponsored by Friends of the Donora Public Library, and Mon Valley Academy for the Arts, Inc.
The weather was beautiful in the picturesque park, and music was in the air with performances by live bands, The Twin Coaches Jr. Jazz Trio (plus one) and The Andy Gregg band. The festival featured a variety of tasty foods, shopping, pumpkin painting, hayrides, kids activities, a Chinese Auction, half the take, and more! Over 40 vendors were in attendance.
