The California Area School District Foundation is pleased to announce a $1,000 scholarship opportunity for a "non-traditional student."

Eligibility

• Must be at least five (5) years since High School Graduation or receiving a GED
• Must be a graduate of the California Area School District, have children who are registered

within the California Area School District or have children who have graduated from the

District

• Must have completed one (1) semester or term in an accredited school of higher education or

trade school with a GPA of 2.5 or higher

• Must demonstrate financial need

Application Process

• Provide a resume or letter confirming all the listed eligibility requirements
• Submit two (2) letters of recommendation
• Attach a current college/trade school transcript or proof of enrollment in such program
