Class to Teach Painting Bunny on a Feather

The next meeting of the Golden Triangle Decorative Painters will be held on Sunday, September 15 at the Finleyville I.O.O.F. Hall, 3684 Finleyville-Elrama Road, Finleyville, PA. Members are to bring their favorite dish for a pot-luck luncheon. Rosemary Habers will be teaching a bunny on a feather….(rabbit with a White Rose painted on a turkey feather). The cost of the class is $15. Doors open at 9:30. Members who took tote and walker bags to be painted are reminded to bring them to the meeting. We are still collecting goodies for our “Animal Friends” shelter project.

A get-away painting retreat will be held October 24-27 at the Crestfield Conference Center in Slippery Rock. Projects can be viewed at gtdp.org. Anyone interested in becoming a member is welcome to our meeting. For more information, call Rosann at 724-745-4212.
