The Mon Valley Academy for the Arts (MVAA) is proud to announce the formation of its newest musical group, "Take 5 Brass." This dynamic brass quintet is set to bring a fresh and vibrant sound to the Mon Valley region. Under the expert direction of Ken Coffman, this ensemble features talented musicians Sam Volldstadt, Ethan Rumbaugh, Korbin Andrews, Lucas Salaway, and Evan Lee.

Brass

"Take 5 Brass" is set to debut alongside the Sam Bill Legacy Band at a series of performances throughout the coming months. The quintet will be featured at the Hiller Fire Hall on September 8. On Veterans Day, November 11, it will honor our veterans with a special performance at the Brownsville Sons of Italy.

MVAA President Annette Buffer expressed her enthusiasm for the new group: "We are thrilled to introduce 'Take 5 Brass' to our community. This quintet embodies the spirit of innovation and excellence we strive for at MVAA. We invite everyone to join us at these upcoming performances to experience the powerful sound of brass and support our region's talented musicians."

As always, the Mon Valley Academy for the Arts remains committed to providing affordable, high-quality music and arts instruction for all ages. The addition of "Take 5 Brass" to our roster of performance groups reflects our ongoing dedication to enriching our community's cultural landscape.
