At the regular monthly meeting of the Fallowfield Township Supervisors on September 30, 2015, the road crew was given a legislative acknowledgement for their outstanding dedication, devotion, and service and leadership regarding the welfare of the Charleroi Cemetery.
The acknowledgement went on to say, “You are a source of great pride and inspiration to your family and for all whose lives you have touched and I would like to take this opportunity on behalf of the PA House of Representatives to honor you with this citation.” The citation was signed by Rep. Peter J. Daley.
Members of the Fallowfield Township Road Crew consist of: Earl Sadler, Supervisor and Road Master, John Grossi, Road master, Scot Shuback, Jonathan Hallam, Kenneth Reed, and Frank Green.
In other matters, the crew is working on paving, potholes, and drainage issues on the Township roads plus preparing for winter time operations.
