Several Thomas Jefferson High School students were recognized for their outstanding efforts and achievement at Steel Center for Career and Technical Education.
The following students received the “Top of the Shop” award for achieving top overall performance for the first semester and were selected for demonstrating outstanding conduct, work ethic, attendance and proficiency of course work: Thomas Cox, Collision and Repair; Maci Mason, Cosmetology; and Tyler Failoni, Medium Heavy Truck.
Additionally, Brooke Klingman received the Extra Effort Award in the Health Assistant field for the 3rd quarter. Brooke was chosen by her instructor for demonstrating outstanding attitude, work ethic, attendance and dependability.
