Clairton students honor our veterans

Clairton School District Salutes our Veterans

To celebrate Veterans Day, Clairton Elementary and Clairton Middle/High School made cards, poems, letters, and posters to honor the veterans. These were given to Clairton's VFW and American Legion to celebrate the veterans and those that currently serve the United States of America.  Some of the participating students are shown in the photo at right.

Save the Dates!
December 15 at 12:30pm - Clairton Elementary will host its Annual Holiday Concert for grades K-5. December 16 - Clairton City School District will have a 10 a.m. start time.
December 16 - Clairton Middle/High School Holiday Concert will be held at 7 p.m. in the high school auditorium, featuring elementary band, middle/high school band, chorus, and honeybears.
December 17 - Title I Parent/Community Advisory Council December Meeting.

Expect Respect Students from Clairton and South Allegheny High Schools

‘Expect Respect’ Group Travels to South Allegheny HS to Promote Awareness

Mrs. Shaw and the ‘Expect Respect’ student group traveled to South Allegheny High School on November 20th to collaborate with their student group in an effort to raise awareness about teen dating violence and to promote healthy relationships. Pictured are Clairton High School and South Allegheny High School members of Expect Respect.
