Snow has arrived in the region again, giving the public another chance to make snowballs – for Carnegie Science Center’s annual “Snowball Day” celebration of the Summer Solstice.

At the February 3, 2016 Rostraver Woman’s Club meeting, members voted on local student art projects as part of the General Federation of Women’s Club Art Contest. Winners are as follows:

The Kiwanis Club of Baldwin is holding its 42nd Annual Monte Carlo Night on Saturday, April 16, 2016 from 6-11 p.m. at Saint Albert the Great Church Hall in Pittsburgh.

The Monongahela Area Historical Society will meet at 7 p.m. on Thursday, March 24, 2016 in the parlor room of the First Presbyterian Church, located at 609 Chess Street, Monongahela, PA. Please enter through the Chess Street entrance.
